2. Confirm whether the upper limit of flow in the controller is appropriate, so as to protect the flow meter and avoid the uninterrupted adjustment action of the electro-hydraulic valve (adjust the flow rate).

3. Before supplying power to the solenoid valve and opening the main valve, check whether the manual stop valve is tightly closed to prevent the valve from getting out of control.

4, do a normal pause shutdown, observe the valve in the multi-pole shutdown process of closing speed and flow stability.

5, if the speed and flow stability of the main valve multipole shutdown is acceptable, proceed to the next step. If this is not acceptable, adjust the plunger valve in the upstream hydraulic circuit (reducing the opening to allow the main valve to close slowly for better flow stability, or increasing the opening to allow the main valve to close faster).

6. If the ratio of the highest pressure to the lowest pressure at the inlet of the electro-hydraulic valve at the maximum flow rate is greater than 2:1 (such as a pump for several crane positions operating at one crane position and all crane positions operating), it is impossible to obtain satisfactory valve characteristics under all operating conditions. If the inlet pressure of the electro-hydraulic valve varies too much, the number of simultaneous filling slots should be reduced or a variable frequency pump should be used.
