Principle of electrohydraulic valve

BFDY series electrohydraulic valve is composed of a main valve and two solenoid valves. The response speed of the main valve is controlled by two plunger valves, which are installed at the inlet and outlet of the main valve. The opening and closing speed of the main valve is slightly adjusted by two plunger valves. Adjust these devices (plunger valves) to control the flow of medium flowing into and out of the piston. The opening and closing speed of the main valve can be adjusted based on the viscosity and pressure of the medium.

Normally open (N.O) and normally closed (N.C) solenoid valves are respectively installed in the oil inlet circuit and oil outlet circuit of the main valve to control the action of the main valve. When the two solenoid valves are energized, the oil inlet hole (upstream valve) circuit is closed, the pilot hole (downstream valve) circuit is opened, the upper chamber of the piston is relieved, the piston is upward, and the main valve is opened. On the contrary, the piston moves downward and the main valve is closed. During the opening and closing process of the main valve, the flow (flow rate) signal and the valve plug position signal can be transmitted to the computer, and the computer will send corresponding instructions after processing to control the on-off and power off states of the two solenoid pilot valves, so as to change the hydraulic differential between the upper and lower cavities of the piston, so that the piston can be controlled at the required opening degree to achieve the control of the pipeline medium flow.
